The Studio

imoneStudio is a French design studio founded in 1937. Although we no longer create prints ourselves, we sell fabric swatches from our archives to fashion designers. Its original name, “Dessins du Helder”, came from its location: rue du Helder, near the old Opera in Paris.
This was the district where all the textile designers had their studios.

During more than 30 years, between 1937 and 1970, the studio gathered archives and documents, which were used as inspiration for the studio’s artists. These documents now represent the biggest part of the collection.
